With over twenty-five years of experience as an architect and real estate consultant, Darin is well-versed in all phases of project development from inception to certificate of occupancy.  He specializes in urban infill property due diligence, entitlement, design, and permitting in Texas.  Additionally, his practice emphasizes universal and accessible design.  

Darin is a sixth-generation Fort Worthian who is committed to the preservation of the city's unique identity and to the continued vibrancy of its cultural development.  With this history-based forward-thought, Darin has assisted development at every scale to achieve financial success while contributing to the enhancement of the cvommunity.  

Darin is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Architecture.  He has worked with several notable Fort Worth firms including Carter & Burgess, Townsite Company, and Urbanworth,LLC.  Additionally, he is a constituent of the City of Fort Worth’s Urban Infill Development Taskforce and contributes to the Development Advisory Committee and the Mixed-Use Zoning Advisory Group.  Darin also serves on the board of directors for the Van Zandt Cottage Friends, Inc. and The River District, Inc., the non-profit organization charged with the revitalization and public improvement planning for the River District neighborhood. 

Darin holds a Texas Architectutral License and a Texas Real Estate Sales Person License.

He has a proven ability to optimize operations, reduce costs, and deliver projects on time and within budget.   Chad brings a strong prowess in residential and commercial construction methods and a solution-oriented mindset.
